Case No 25776/2008 Land document in two names

The petitioner informed the Commission over phone that the summon was received by him late and so the petitioner requested to postpone the enquiry in order to appear before the Commission. On the request of the petitioner, the hearing was postponed and the case was taken up for enquiry to-day (29.12.08).
On behalf of the petitioner Thiru Santhosh, Advocate was appeared before the Commission. The representative informed the Commission that on 29.08.08, the Public Information Officer furnished information for all the 6 items. He also informed the Commission that there is some mistake about the name of the owner of the particular place. The Commission observed that the name of the owner of the place is not sought by the petitioner, but it was given as an additional information by the Public Information Officer. The Commission verified all the Land Records and found that in some records it was recorded as “Triveni Steel Limited” and in some other records it was mentioned as “Triveni Private Limited”. These records were shown to the Advocate who represented on behalf of the petitioner at the time of enquiry and so the Commission records that the information sought by the petitioner was given in full and hence treated this case as closed.
